true Freedom
Melissa Walker makes her way south on St. Paul Street, into the wind on her walk home from the bus stop, January 13, 2012. With temperatures lingering in the mid 20’s throughout the day, Rochester got its first significant snow accumulation this winter of almost six inches. Snow removal was slow and occurred throughout the day amidst wind gusts of 30-40 miles an hour. Photo by Jonathan Foster
